Civil Forensic Evaluations
With civil forensic evaluations, we take a holistic approach that ensures all parties involved are clear on expectations and outcomes. Our evaluations review the emotional, behavioral, and/or cognitive functioning of an individual in legal contexts where mental state needs to be determined. These forensic evaluations help courts or other legal entities make informed decisions within the context of emotional injury, psychological injury cases, guardianship, fitness for duty, disability, malpractice and more.
